As a licensed therapist in California, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex emotional challenges. My practice centers on empowering women, young adults, and professionals navigating life's complexities. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, with a deep commitment to helping clients cultivate self-love, resilience, and a greater sense of purpose. 

My approach is rooted in understanding each person's unique experiences, particularly those of women of color, while creating a compassionate, culturally responsive, and  affirming therapeutic space. I believe in helping clients transform personal and workplace challenges into opportunities for healing, growth, and meaningful change. 

In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide immigration mental health evaluations in English and Spanish for individuals throughout California. These comprehensive evaluations are completed for immigration-related cases, including asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, and hardship waivers, in collaboration with clients and their legal representatives. 

Through collaborative, strength-based counseling and comprehensive evaluations, I strive to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, build emotional strength, and create lasting pathways toward healing and self- discovery. Together, we'll uncover your inherent strengths and develop strategies that honor your unique journey.

Services are available by phone or telehealth only for clients located in the state of California. Payment methods may vary depending on the service type. For private-pay services, payment options may include credit/debit card, Zelle, or approved payment arrangements.

Therapy services may also be provided through the Headway and Grow Therapy platforms. Insurance coverage, copays, and billing are managed directly through those platforms when services are scheduled there.
